Astellas will be sponsoring the second annual Making Strides: A 5K Run/Walk for Organ Donation in San Diego on May 3, 2010. Held in conjunction with the 2010 American Transplant Congress, Making Strides: A 5K Run/Walk for Organ Donation will once again help raise money and awareness for organ donation.
Hundreds of people made every step count at the first annual Making Strides: A 5K Run/Walk for Organ Donation. They not only helped advance organ donation awareness—these racers also raised over $20,000 in support of the National Transplant Assistance Fund.
