Transplant recipients have ongoing and ever-evolving needs. That is why Astellas created the Transplant Experience program. Transplant Experience helps patients take an active role in their long-term health by providing continuous information and encouragement pre-transplant, the first year, and beyond.

The newly expanded Transplant Experience website offers more patient support and helpful information than ever before. Now visitors can register at the site and set up a unique password. Once registered, members can:

• Access useful financial, personal, and caregiver information from the support section of the website
• Create a personalized Your Profile page
• Communicate with others in the transplant community by activating the Tell a Friend feature
• Celebrate the date of transplantation with "transplant anniversary" greetings, which are emailed through the new Transplant Anniversary email feature
